I ordered this as a gift for a friend at work. There was no charging cable included, and the phone had a loud static when trying to emply the car speakers. I had great success with a similar product for my HTC Hero, but as I could not reach the company to send me the charging cable, I must give this an unfavorable rating.

I have been using this item for one week and I’m very happy with it. It’s very easy to set up and use. A little button on the side releases grip so all I have to do is unplug the audio cable to remove the Blackberry. Reception has been excellent and it’s nice to be able to talk hands-free or listen to music through my car audio. The only minor issues are that I wish the Blackberry fit in just a little more snug and I wish it had an OFF switch so I wouldn’t have to unplug it from the car lighter each time I am finished driving. Sprint offers hands-free set-up, mounting, etc., for Blackberry @ $150, so getting basically the same thing for $25 was great.
