This was the cheapest quality name brand sub I found and it sounds great. Tough construction, loud bass with little power required. Handles lows very well. I have it hooked up to a cheap 200 watt amp and it sounds great. If you know anything about subs you already know Kicker is one of the best, and this sub, even though it’s one of there cheapest models, sounds great.

i got these in my 94 integra.. honestly they sounded crappy with a vinted box so i put a closed box and it hits much more harder.. so id say get a closed box if you buy these.. the performance is much more better and louder.. you can really hear it and feel it

I have this sub in a vented box. I’m running it with a Jensen 300 watt amp, and i think it sounds pretty dang good in the trunk of my 1990 corrolla. for its price, its a tough thing to beat. perfect for those who just dont want to shell out so much dough or for those who just dont need that much bass. i listen to lots of rap and rock, although techno is not good for a vented box, as the bass lags. for a starter system or just a small car, this’ll be perfect for you.
