I recently purchased these speakers to replace my factory front speakers in my 08 Civic EX. They sound is much crisper and cleaner throughout; however, the one thing it lacks is a rich bass sound. So if you are looking for that, these are not the speakers for you. Though these speakers are rated at 25 RMS it can probably take closer to 40 or 50 RMS as kicker under rates its products. I am very happy with the sound quality and you cannot beat the price.

Wow. Thats all I have to say.. Great speaker.. If your looking for more bass, try the Ks speaker series…Greast buy. I shopped at 6 local stores, and 12 online stores. cheapeast all around, besides the 20 bucks for shipping..

1st had them in with the stock head unit of a 2000 blazer sounded much better then stock
then upgraded later to a Kenwood head unit and sounded even better
has great lows for a mid to high range in a 6.5in
Can take some abuse
Would buy again.

I own a 2007 Toyota Hilux and after installing a nice system I needed/wanted to replace the stock speakers in the doors which were awful (do car manufacturers still use paper for speaker cones??)
I digress, I ordered two sets and they came as advertised they certainly compliment my new system and sound much better than stock.
The price is/was excellent @ less than $25 each
