Has lasted a lot longer than other subwoofers of the same size. Power in a small package. I use mine in the OEM cutout in a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer with the JBL premium sound system package. Fits perfectly.

This was a perfect drop-in replacement for the blown sub-woofer in my 1994 Ford Explorer with the factory JBL stereo package. It took all of 5 minutes to install, no modifications were needed at all. My only very minor gripe is that it came with no screws to install it, so make sure you save the screws from your old sub-woofer.

I listen to mostly hard rock, Industrial and EBM and I was quite surprised at the nice, clean, tight bass it produces even at fairly high volumes. Though it will definitely rattle your back windows, don’t expect this to announce your arrival into the neighborhood from ten blocks away. For the price, you can’t really go wrong.

Small, fit well in the rear deck of my Impreza coupe in my custom enclosure, perfect if you dont want to give up truck space. Produces a decent amount of bass for being so small, but this sub take a long time to brake in, sounded very harsh a choppy at first but after about a week of use it got smoother.
