Man, where to start. With this amp, you don’t need the expensive amp kit. You don’t need to run any lengthy wires throughout the car. This amp fits behind the dash out of site.
This amp has a lot of power for the small size. I was so amazed with the sound quality this amp has. It has deep lows, and clean highs. It produces nice sound in my SPS-600c and KFC-6982IE.
The amp compliments nice with my 12″ Type R and MRP-M500. Now I can turn it up loud with no distortion.

For anyone who wants a simple solution to increasing power to decent quality speakers with out the hassle of wiring, this is the way to go.
I am amazed at the difference.
Alpine does it again!

More than what i had expected, hooked up to a cda 9887 and made it sound even better. Didn’t want the hassles of running seperate wires for amp so purchased this, plug and play and extremely simple to install. Upgraded speakers and am impressed with the sound quality.

Added this to a CDE-102 in an ‘08 Altima Sedan. Still running stock speakers.
Pros: Installed in 20 minutes, great improvement in sound levels and mid-bass especially at normal listening levels. No cutting/rewiring.
Cons: Slight amount of background noise between tracks. Not noticeable during any type of playback, just in the silent parts in-between.
Overall: No brainer upgrade for any alpine head unit. piece of cake to install and the improvement (for the money) is outstanding. Can’t find a decent amp for $100 to run 4 speakers. This does it easily. Actually looking forward to replacing the stock speakers someday (without the wiring hassle).

This little dynamo is perfect if you are looking to power high quality component speakers. I am not running this through an alpine head unit but it still works with some creative wiring. Sounds great. Although the new power is producing some pretty bright highs so I will be replacing my type-s speakers with JL 6.5″ to balance the sound.
